Booking conditions
• Reservation at STENATA SPORT APARTMENS, k.k. Pamporovo, you can do it in one of the following ways:

– by phone: +359 877 100 906

– via e-mail: reservation.stenata@gmail.com

– on site in the complex.

– via the hotel website: https://www.stenata.bg/


Prepayment Terms:
• After confirmation by e-mail from the complex, to guarantee a reservation - 50% of the total amount is required, transferred within 5 working days by bank transfer.

• The balance is payable locally in the complex upon check-in.

• If the deposit is not received within the specified period, the complex is not committed to keep the reservation!

Conditions for online payment by debit/credit card via PAY BY LINK:
• Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa and Mastercard

• Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.

• From the point of view of security, the maximum amount for payment by card is BGN 2,000

• We do not store data about the bank cards used for payment through the site.

• If it is necessary to return an amount paid with a bank card, the amount is refunded to the card with which the payment was made.


Cancellation terms:
Cancellations in the winter season:

· Cancellation of reservation up to 45 days before the check-in date - without penalty.

· In case of no-show or early departure, prepaid/paid amount is not refunded!


Cancellations in the summer season:
· Cancellation of reservation up to 10 days before the check-in date - without penalty.

· In case of no-show or early departure, prepaid/paid amount is not refunded!

To change the reservation – contact and clarification with the Reservations department.


Accommodation conditions
• Check-in and check-out hours:

– Check-in: after 2:00 p.m.

– Check-out of the rooms: until 11:00 a.m.

• LATE RELEASE – IF POSSIBLE

• Check-in in the complex is done by presenting personal documents certifying the identity of the guests.

• The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will be used only and solely in connection with the reservations made and will not be provided for other purposes.
